The Pubs Around Nunhead: 9

This block of flats on Linden Grove, at the corner of Nunhead Grove, is the site of a pub called The Belvedere, knocked down in the last 10 years.  It always looked so scary from the outside I never went in it.

    It was run by my grandparents (late 1960s/early 1970s). He was a scary man! With an alsatian dog called Major.
