Garden: Early November

It has been a while since any garden photos.  But today is a beautiful, clear day, and as we wait for the US election result, there is a need to do something peaceful.  We aren't going far, because of the pandemic, of course.

It is perhaps of interest to some that the silver birch has been perhaps the most consistent, if irregular, horticultural topic of the Trees since we began in 2008.  For example...

Anyway, here is an extended set of pictures, including some from the front of the house, the last of the tomatoes ripening on a window, and a ladybird.  There was a huge, buzzy bee as well, but it wouldn't sit still for long enough for its picture to be taken.
